The A300's do operate a number scheduled services to popular destinations likes ALC, AGP and PMI...
You will need to spend a bit of time looking through Monarch's reservation system on the website and pretend your making a booking, where you can go through to the screen and choose where you want to sit and from here you will be able to tell the aircraft type.
Nearly all the A300 routes are from LGW and MAN, where they are based...
For the last few years Monarch has been operating an A300 on Saturday's from LTN-PMI during the summer months, which is a W route with a Manchester based aircraft. I just took the opportunity to see if this route is operating next year and it is... Flight number ZB870 and ZB871...
I would however be careful booking anything too far in advanced, as equipment changes could easily happen!

AIRLINERS.NET CREW CHAT OPERATOR
I just booked a trip along with another anetter on LTN-PMI. The only way to find out if the flight is indeed an A300 you should make a dummy-booking and wait til the seatmap shows. Good to know that ZB870 has been known to get the AB6. I'm not sure if I can handle an equipment change to an A320..

Another note on the A300's...
I've not been on ZB's A300's for a few years now... But from what I hear, the aircrafts are a bit on the tired side on the inside now, as they have been slated to leave the fleet for a few years now, and think the airline is reluctant to spend much on them aesthetically speaking...
They are a great ride, but as you would expect for a charter carrier, a bit cramped with the 28-29 inch seat pitch and 9 abreast seating.
Im not in anyway knocking them, but if you booking a trip don't go expecting the lap of luxury!
PS. If you fly them out of LTN, you definitely feel the power, especially if they are full off the 7000ft runway... Love it how they put the engines to full power before releasing the brakes!
Besides that, there are regular flights to the following schedule destinations, as stated before, from Manchester and Gatwick only;
AGP
ALC
DLM
FAO
LCA
PFO
PMI
SSH
TFS
