MK A340-313 "Parakeet"

Hi everyone! I was just searching through the Air Mauritius aircraft pictures when I came to the picture shown below. It clearly shows 3B-NBD, "Parakeet." However, the "Taken at" section claims that the picture was taken in September of 1995. I know "Parakeet" was delivered 10/22/97 (my 11^th birthday!!). Was there an A340-313 previously with the airline with the same name and registration? Thank you very much for your time. Smile

Just one more question...

The current Parakeet is just a -313. The one shown in the picture is said to be a -313X (-313E). Did MK not need the extra payload allowance of the -313E to switch back to a regular -313 if there was in fact a previous Parakeet? I'm not questioning the credentials of the photographer at all; I'm just not sure of A340s operated by the airline. If anyone can provide any information, I'd greatly appreciate it. As usual, thank you very much in advance.
