Is there any update on Mexicana? I understood that one year after the chapter 11 filing, the name and logo trademark could go on bid without any obligation to former employees/contracts/debt paving the way for a new company using the Mexicana name.

Is there any information about scheduled charter service operations that were approved the
last couple months and are there any aircraft left in the fleet and flight crew current
to operate such charters?

Any info would be most appreciated!

there is a link to a news article stating that the judge has given them another 3 months of existence to try to sort something out... but I can't see it happening.
