Aerolineas MAS (Dominican Rep) Plans US Service

Dominican carrier Aerolineas MAS S.A filed application to commence service to the United States.

MAS seeks authority to offer scheduled and on demand charter services between points in the Dominican Republic on one hand and San Juan Puerto Rico, along with one or more South Florida markerts of Miami, Ft Lauderdale and West Palm Beach.

MAS established back in 2005, intends to utilize 30-seat Saab-340B on its US services, with BAe Jetsream 31/32 models serving as back-up and available for charter activity.
