Russian president offers India joint production of civilian aircraft. The linked article suggests that Russia is interested in joint production of Superjet 100 series and MS-21 with India.

Is there a favorable treatment of aircraft purchase under rupee-ruble trade?

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev today offered joint development of civilian aircraft with India, saying the two nations could benefit in this from the accumulated experience in the development and production of combat jets.

India have jointly developed Sukhoi Su-30MKI combat jet and are involved in the developing Fifth Generation Fighter Aircraft and Multi-role Transport Aircraft (MTA) for the military.
