Anybody who has flown to DXB in the past 1 and a half year has probably noticed the new concourse next to T3, being built. Something that I am wondering is how people are going to get between T3, and the T3 A380 concourse, as they are not connected buildings, because of the taxiways between them. Anybody have any info on this? And when isn't supposed to open?

There is an underground APM from the centre of C2 at the base of the bank of elevators through to the centre of C3. This was installed when T3/C2 was built and connected to C3 as it was built after C2 opened. You can see it being built under the apron in the historical images available in Google Earth.

Same scheme that airports such as ORD, HKG, FRA, ZRH, (MUC) have, to name just a few, so it's not that uncommon.
Btw a pleasant journey by itself, knowing you're underneath an aircraft. That's of course only if you enjoy the time you spend at the airport as much as the flight itself
