This is a pretty nice looking plane. It falls behind a bit in terms of performance compared to its super-mid-size competitors (Challenger 300, Gulfstream 280), but it's got a very spacious cabin, which will probably make up for a lot (though the Falcon 2000S annihilates everyone else in the cabin size category, but it's a much larger plane that's been toned down quite a bit). I do hope Embraer does well with it, because I'd certainly like to fly this cockpit:
Incidentally, this is the second non-airliner bizjet to feature a sidestick instead of a yoke (the first being the Falcon 7X).
