Hi! I couldn't help but notice all the postings about "your top five airline liveries" etc that have been posted in the past, so I decided I'd just do an overall top five, well, here it is! Mine are there, now I want to see yours! (BTW-based on looks of the aircraft, livery, etc. you may include performance if you'd like, but it doesn't matter to me, I just want to see your favorites in the commercial aviation world (in order from favorite on)!

MY TOP 5:

NARROWBODY AIRLINERS:

1. Boeing 737 family
2. Boeing 717
3. Boeing MD-90
4. Airbus A320
5. McDonnell Douglas DC-9

WIDEBODY AIRLINERS:

1. Boeing 777-200
2. Boeing 747-400
3. Airbus A330
4. McDonnell Douglas MD-11 (just love the looks of this bird)
5. Boeing 767

COMMUTER AIRCRAFT:

1. Saab 2000
2. Canadair CRJ
3. Embraer ERJ-145
4. Beech 1900D
5. DeHavilland DHC-8

AIRLINE LIVERIES:

1. Delta wavy gravy (new new) colors
2. British Airways Chatham Dockyard colors
3. American Airlines
4. Northwest Airlines
5. Hawaiian Airlines (new colors)

AIRLINE HUBS (you don't have to have been to all of them, just from looks alone if you'd like):

1. Atlanta William B Hartsfield (Delta)-been here three times
2. Singapore Changi (Singapore Airlines)-never been here
3. Denver International (United)-been here once
4. Paris Charles DeGaulle (Air France)-never been here
5. Chicago O'Hare (UAL & AA)-been here once

AIRPORTS (these you have to have been to to experience the airport itself)  Smile/happy/getting dizzy:

1. Kansas City International Airport (hometown airport!, really convenient!)
2. Orlando International Airport (been here four times, love that place!)
3. Tampa International Airport (been here once, really spacious, lots of space, really airy)
4. Los Angeles International Airport (been here twice, very impressive in size, and variety of aircraft, as well as sheer number of planes!)
5. Oklahoma City Will Rogers World Airport (been here once, call me crazy, it's kinda quiet here, but the terminal is laid out well, it's easy to get around in this one like Kansas City, not as convenient as KCI, but easy, the only thing they needed to chance was the width of the concourses)

AIRLINE FLEET (in the form of fleet commonality):

1. Southwest Airlines (all 737, what else can I say?)
2. Delta (fleet age is getting younger, gotta love those 777s, 767s and MD's)
3. American (really good job of working at streamlining the fleet, I love those AA 73s!)
4. Air Canada (I love the widebody fleet AC has acquired, and the amazing thing is, every aircraft looks good in their livery!)
5. Northwest Airlines (you can argue all you want about fleet age, but even being a 14 1/2 year old I'm kind of nostalgic about those DC-9s, and DC-10s, I can't wait to see the NW 330s either!)

Well, there's mine, now let me see your opinions! Thanks for your time!

Andrew
