Hi, I was looking around on 747SP.com and noticed that J2-SHF was last noted to be sitting idle at Sharjah International Airport since 11/14/2007.

Is there any news on it since it was last noted back in 2010. I hope we didn't loose another SP.

I've seen a report that it was noted at SHJ as recently as 30 Dec 11. So I think it is still with us.

It is indeed still at Sharjah and really doesn't look like it will be going anywhere else very soon. I saw it there in November shortly after the Dubai air show. It's been at Sharjah since at least 2003 (the first time I saw it there).

This photo is from two years ago, but there's been no change since.

No, that was the previous reg. It was re-registered as S2-JSF in May 2007 after it was transferred from Kinshasa Airways to Global Aero Investments.

Thanks guys.... I wish I had the funds to get it and keep it flying. I was happy to see that the Sharks out in California are using the SP to get from game to game.
