787 Arrival In Dublin, Will EI Staff Be Invited?

The Dreamliner tour second segment arrives in Dublin next week for a few days to give key finance leaders attending the 14th Annual European Airfinance Conference the opportunity to experience the 787. Will EI and FR personnel be given invitations to experience the 787?

I'd say yes, if by personnel you mean the top bods of the airlines.

I'm sure that the top decision makers in both airlines will take the chance to have a look at it.
They will already have seen the technical specs and probably have had a briefing form the Boeing sales team.

As for airline employees.......I doubt they will be getting any invites.

Now saying that, the last time the B787 transited through SNN (to overnight and use the CBP facilites before flying direct to Everett) the Boeing staff were very welcoming to any SNN staff who had ramp access. I saw photos posted on an Irish aviation website.

Was on the aircraft the last two times it has been in SNN.The Boeing staff let anyone who came out to the aircraft have a look onboard,i got the full tour myself and got hats,pins,stickers,pens and an id holder off them.If any EI or FR workers take a trip out to the aircraft im sure they will get a look on it.

One would imagine EI bosses definitely would be invited. There was a time when EI operated and almost all Boeing fleet. They now operate and all Airbus fleet. You can be sure that Boeing see EI and one of the "ones that got away". Also, the B787 could certainly find a place in the EI fleet plans (albeit somewhat unlikely). As for FR, I would expect that they would be invited and MOL will perhaps use as an excuse to resurrect the "Ryanlantic" idea he touted a few years back, commenting at the time that he would target the likes of the B787 and the A350 for his new toy. We all know nothing much will come of it but it will satisfy the usual purpose of many of his ideas to get free publicity.

As the OP said the 787 is coming for the AirFinance confrence in DUB, but i'm sure the local airlines would be welcome for a visit if they were interested.
