It's been hiding for a while. It's ship 6315 ferried in from DTW on the 18th. Its been in maintenance but is out the hanger because all work is complete and will be ferried back to DTW tomorrow to pick up DL 275 on the 26th.
And just my personal opinion but I wouldn't expect to see The Whale back in MSP until the summer although the T7 is showing in the schedule that far out but that's easy to change. As for the 74Ss, again my own opinion, but I think the first dedicated route (when another 744 is complete and they have two frames) will be JFK-TLV. PURLEY speculation on my part but by looking back at how they handled the 77Es, 764s and now 763ERs, the "Sky Team strong holds" are generally the last to see the updated product. There is no clear advantage to putting a 74S on anything to NRT when you will have so many other flights lacking the product.
