I've been a lurker for ages but decided just to join. I'm hoping this topic hasn't been discussed before.
Does anyone know if Virgin Australia plan to operate under one IATA code now that they've unified under one brand? Virgin Blue flights still show up as DJ and V Australia flights show up as VA in the GDS, and I assume the call signs are still different (DJ-VIRGIN and VA-VEE OZ).

The last I heard the plan was to have a single code but the timetable for that wasn't made clear to me.
In Dec-2011 Virgin changed its listed name from Virgin Blue Holdings to Virgin Australia Holdings, so they are slowly integrating the less visual inconsistencies.
