If I am not mistaken one of their A320s was flying in Cuba, or somewhere in the Carribean.

Must be that or a test-flight after maintenance? How long does an A320 need to circle and burn off fuel before they land if they departed with full tanks? It looks like the flight originated from SNN.

It's about to land, just made the base turn and is descending through 2000ft.

It's Cuba, but that deal never materialized.
