Excuse my ignorance... what is so special about that plane?

Ill excuse your ignorance, just this time. This aircraft is awesome and happens to be my favorite aircraft. The power this aircraft has is unbelievable. BKL's longest runway is 6100ft long. These aircraft fly in and out of SNA on 5700ft of runway. I have seen this aircraft land on the 4500ft runway at DCA and stop way before the CRJ's were stopping. I love this aircraft. I just wish that Delta would get rid of them... That paint scheme is ugly and is degrading to the aircraft!

I know what a 752 is, I was just curious why N757BJ is so special to you.

"That paint scheme is ugly and is degrading to the aircraft!"

...and I assume you think the paint scheme on N757BJ is beautiful?!? LOL!!

Hank  Big thumbs up

Delta's scheme looks 10x better on the 757!

The reason I posted this wasnt to get into a debate about who scheme is better. Deltas isnt that bad. Just quit with the "whats so special about this aircraft?" Believe me, after living near IAD, I say the same thing about 777's now! The are a dime a dozen.

So, what was your purpose then??

...to tell us the 752 can stop as fast as a CRJ??

My purpose was to let the people in Cleveland know that there is a 757 at BKL, now if you are trying to get the last word in (you must be a teen), then you win, I am not going to bother with you.

I in fact, saw that airplane today at BKL, and I can't for the life of me figure out why a 757 would be here.

What a sight that must have been! For those of you who don't know, Burke Lakefront Airport is right in downtown Cleveland, and though it can handle larger aircraft such as 737's and 757's, the airport only usually sees smaller bizjets and general aviation aircraft. To see a 757 among the buildings in the downtown must have been nice.
