Brief and to the point here...

Where is the (non DL) employee lot located? Off of Camp Creek somewhere? Is there a fee or is it free if you work for a tenant?

The major airlines that base employees in ATL have lots for them ASA PINNACLE AIRTRAN/SOUTHWEST etc. they are located around the airport. Also some vendors have agreements for there employees to park in some of the airline employee lots. Also with marta going into the airport alt of people commute that way.

The two main non-DL employee lots are at the old NW hangar and off of Clark Howell Highway on Lake Mirror Road:

Typically you get your parking pass (at no charge) for those lots via the airline's offices at ATL. At least that's the way it was done when I worked for FL and EV a number of years ago.

When I worked at EV a number of years back, they along with several other airlines had their employee parking at the airport in a parking lot right by the terminal. That has since ended (with those employees that used that lot now using the one at the old NW hangar) and that lot is used as the Silver Reserve Parking. The park and ride lots on the airport years ago used to be airline employee parking as well.
