It will be a base arrival / departure so if you want a look head to the Eastern end.

Hope i catch it on 09L arrivals but if it gets 09R arrival i wont mind too much as the NZ All Blacks livery 77W is due in at 10:10am and the Qantas A380 is delayed until 11:45am arriving, should be an interesting morning.

I just sat on the edge of my bed and watched the NZ 77W land, followed right behind by the A380! Sorry no pics though, the sun's in the wrong place for good shots at the moment!

I'm a little suprised and can't figure that out, 09's at 10am is perfect for photography at Heathrow, I have been many many times. The low winter sun would look great. If I wasn't stuck here at work I'd have taken the 250 miles drive for todays nice visitors.

Depends which side of the approach path you live on, I suppose...

Public service announcement: "It's" = "it is". To indicate posession, write "its." Looks wrong, but it's correct grammar

Don't forget I was sitting on my bed...in my flat...with south facing windows, not by the side of a road or in a field on the south side of the 09L approach path! What I meant was that the sun was in the wrong position to get any decent photos from my bedroom window.
