Looking for twice daily to ORD? Well that pretty much narrows the possibilities to UA, AA and Spirit. Spirit may indeed have more possibility for success at STC than the others would.
Of course, only one year of incentives means the flights likely get pulled after one year anyway. Can the smaller SCASD grant cover regular twice-daily service?

NK would be an interesting play. Would be nice to see them come to Minnesota and offer an alternative airport/airline to MSP. UA or AA would open up a lot more of course, but I don't see them being an easy grab with MSP down the road.
At the end of the day though I hope STC gets service again. That new terminal needs to see use.
