Hello everyone! This Saturday August 11th. will be another Airliner.net gathering.
12:00PM, Gate 98 of the new International Terminal at SFO.
We will take photos, meet other photographers and forum members. I've been to a few already and they are very fun and informative. There will be many people showing up and this is an opportunity to meet the famed airline photographer Richard Silagi (Flygga) as well as ILUV767, and MichaelSFO before he returns to Italy as well as many others.
Don't worry, there will be no Airbus vs. Boeing fights at all! There never has been either.
So come on down and bring your camera!

Don't you hate that!
I understand. I went to my 10 year reunion in June.
MichaelSFO is leaving for Italy a day later so he wanted to meet this weekend.
Don't worry if you miss this one, there will be others.

Well actually I might be buddy-passing down to LA on United Shuttle for the weekend, leaving SFO sometime Saturday. I could catch an early afternoon flight, and not miss any of the festivities =) (like the TOUR!!!)

none of that now... no pot-shots at David just because he hasn't gotten an aircraft tour yet... I did a lot of the calling myself... you get the run-around quite often. I'll see what I can do, it's possible I might be able to come! I'll bring along my new Canon Elan 7E SLR... it depends on if the "new" car is available for me to take... the "old" car perished in flames while my family and I were flying somewhere over middle America on AA182 to JFK... more details if someone really wants to find out what happened... Anyways yea I'll try and get there!
Head in the clouds... yet feet planted firmly on the ground.

Just ask an Agent for a tour. They might be able to take you into the plane, depending on if they want to do it (It also depends on any particular airline/station rules/Time Permitting/Captains Decision).
