Interesting. Hopefully the the GEnX powered 787s will start delivery and passenger flights soon. Has JAL scheduled the first flight?

Great news to hear that all engines are now certified! Who are the first few operators of the GEnX 787's? I know JAL is one but apart from that, not sure. Is there a table of something to distinguish which operator has ordered which engine type on the 787?

JAL and Air India are first up, I think. Judging by the flightline paint jobs, Royal Air Maroc is in there early too.

Go to the Boeing orders/deliveries page:
http://active.boeing.com/commercial/...definedselection.cfm&pageid=m15527

Then run a report for Orders, All Dates, All Customers, 787, sorted by Customer Name. For customers that have chosen an engine, it will be listed in the results.

Are they? Certification testing is complete. I am wondering if one or another authority is still mulling things over.

Certification testing is complete. The amended type certificate has not been granted.
