Are Swiss air's 747-300s still in service? I thought they were supposed to be retired in summer, but there have been more recent pictures of them posted here at airliners.net. Does anyone know when they are going to be retired?

The last Swissair 747-300 flight out of Boston will be on 11 Nov 1999, at 1905. Some point early next year Swissair will begin a second daily flight, to make up for the lost pax due to the smaller A330-200. Although Swissair has officially announced the adding of a second daily flight, it is still not on their website, which probably just means they haven't decided on an official date.

SR fly daily to ATL. Arriving 1405, departing 1735. Once IGF is withdrawn (and LH423 is correct, its last revenue flight is BOS-ZRH on 11 Nov) IGE will fly the ATL route daily until Jan 9th. Then MD11s will serve ATL.
NB the second BOS flight is down to start 11 Jun (SR132/133) dep ZRH 1610 arr BOS 1830 dep 2150 arr ZRH 1100.
