Quito Airport Runway Accident

As per the latest NOTAM from UIO, it appears there was an accident on the runway. Ironically, there was some firefighting training two days ago. Hopefully nothing serious.

It doesn't seem to be anything too big, as the Quito spotters are usually quick to post news here http://www.foro.tamevirtual.org/viewforum.php?f=27
But then again, at the rate accidents happen at UIO, the next big one is about due.

Sounds quite nasty, take-off accident with the landing gear retracted when the aircraft came to rest.

Landed back to the runway right after liftoff, due to loss of power? Gear had already been raised or it gave away when landing?
