In talking with a friend I was reminded of the 763/CR9 collision on the taxiway last summer where the 76 wingtip sliced off the RJ's empennage. Anyone have any information about the resolution of this incident? Were the planes repaired? Was the CR9 written off?

B767 N185DN was fixed with a new winglet and flew out 2 days later on 7/16/11. The CR9 N132EV had a new empennage put on by Bombardier in BOS then flew to Greenville, MS to be painted on 8/29/11. It hasn't been back through BOS since. According to the NTSB, no probable cause has been determined yet.
