I saw on the employees website that details on the new long-haul business class are about to be announced. I assume this means that there will be a short/medium haul business class, as we have recently seen, and a seperate one for long haul aircraft as well.

I think CX will first introduce this new J-class in long-haul flights only. However, some of the services such as new food menu, new dining utensils and internet access will be introduced to short and medium haul flights as well. I've got the info from CX's World.
Hey, CXflyboy, do you know a captain called Bruce Cox?

Oh by the way. Have you got hold of the upgrade schedule of the A340s yet? It shows that B-HXM/N/O will not be the 3 aircraft to have the more spacious config for the JFK route. They will be other A340s. Can't remember which ones right now, but I think HXL was one of them.
