Have Iberia Moved To T5 Yet?

Hello,

I remember reading that Iberia flights will start using T5 at heathrow. When was this due to start?

What part of T5 will they use? T5A?

Yup, a few weeks ago now.

The short-haul fleet use T5A, and I believe the 340 uses T5C when it comes in.

I believe it has to do with cargo. Now that IB Cargo and BA Cargo are effectively the same company, there's a lot of freight going to and from LatAm into LHR.

BA could do with an A346 to do the BA 781 from ARN to LHR... It is always packed full and a 767!

I had to laugh cos on the "new routes" section of my Air Transport World news app they other day they said IB planned to move all LHR operations from T5 to T3.....Im sure someone has got their wires crossed and rather late in the day too!

Saw an IB321 parked beside the BA Dove the other day. Looked very cool.....even if I think the Dove is probably one of the worst liveries going....apart from the tail!

But....Thats AVIATION Darling!!!!
