Citation XLS Gear Up Landing EUG

Just had a Citation XLS land gear up on runway 16R in Eugene, OR at 2:35pm PDT. 3 souls on board, 2 pilots and 1 passenger. Everyone walked away.

It was N101PG owned by Papé group. They flew in from Colorado. Looks like they had a bit of a fuel spill and they are pumping out the rest. As of now they are lifting the plane onto a flatbed truck and driving it to the FBO. This is in the NOTAMs for EUG: !EUG 04/014 (KEUG A0174/12) EUG RWY 16R/34L CLSD
