G-VIIO was returned to service after being fitted with the 2nd generation J Class lie-flat seat on 26 May 2009. The other three aircraft, 'IP, 'IR and 'IT also have had the new J Class seats. I believe they were updated a little later in the August / September period of 2009 but am not entirely certain.

All British Airways longhaul aircraft are now fitted with the second generation Club World seat except the 767's and the A318's. Some of the longhaul 767's are currently being fitted with a refurbished version of the first generation seat and the A318's have a dedicated club seat to LCY. Hope this helps!

Yes, that's correct, no more fan dividers except on the 767's.   Hope this helps!
