Boston Globe reports ZW flight 3801 from PWM to PHL was diverted to BOS after pax restrained an unruly passenger.

It sounds to me like the Passenger had a seizure, became disoriented and wanted to use the lav, but mistook the passenger door for the lav because he was so out of it. My prayers go out to this guy. Crew did a great job in handling the incident though.
