I am pleased to see new service to YVR, though I wonder how viable this link will be. I admit I know little about either Chengdu or Shenyang outside of what was in the press release above.

Are any other cities in North America served by 7 carriers from China (including HKG) and Taiwan combined? With 3U's new service I believe YVR will have service by CA/CZ/MU/3U/CX/CI/BR.

Route Will do well, being the only pax flight to SHenyang and Chengdu from North America it will draw connecting
traffic from other points. This is on top of O & D traffic particularly Chinese tourists from the region.
