D-ABYA has just gone past my house (NW of LHR) at FL340 routing LAM-DIKAS.
Interestingly, OO-SFW operating the inaugural SN501 (BRU-JFK) is alongside it on a parallel track at FL380

Exciting to be watching it!

Sorry to go off topic, where else are they flying the 748 or planning on doing so, or has it not yet been announced?

Wish them a safe and happy landing and look forward to seeing the photos!

Flightaware should use the ICAO codes (as should the flightplan, which is where the Flightaware code should come from) and this is "B748" for both the pax and freighter versions.

Sorry if this has been discussed, but wasn't the 748i meant to have 787 style window blinds? This picture suggests it doesn't have them.
