Yesterday I had to go to Frankfurt to make a report about the new Lufthansa Boeing 747-8. A part from that everything went wrong it was a nice day. Departed 1 hour late from Amsterdam landed at Frankfurt and had to wait 1,5 hour in the plane due to a computer failure at Frankfurt Airport and the Pilot could not reach the gate. Parked in an Emergency position D2. Busses picked us up. When we wanted to fly back we missed our plane ( the screen told us the flight was delayed for 30 minutes ) but when we got at the gate they closed the gate for us while the plane was still there. We got rebooked and stayed in the very very very busy Senator lounge. The plane would leave at 21.00. Another delay, the flight would arrive 30 minutes late at 21.30. So we arrived at 21.00 at the gate and they nearly wanted to close the gate again for us. We where with the 3 of us and showed the desk the same problem. Plane would arrive at the airport at 21.30 and was still on the screens as delayed. We left at 21.15   So a major computer failure at Frankfurt Airport I would say.

Nice was that it was the first time that the Boeing 747-8 and Airbus 380-800 where in the same hangar.

Major problem will be the new Business class seat, its too small.
I got stuck with my shoulders and my feet got squashed as well.
Its nice to have a good looking Business Class but please make it function able

The Business Class of Swiss is much better
They should went for that seat
