EgyptAir Group is considering to acquire larger regional aircraft to expand domestic and regional operations for its subsidiary Egyptair Express.
According with Ehab Ghazy, the company considers to add new Embraer ERj190s or order the new Bombardier C Series.
With the new aircraft Egyptair plans to increase the number of passenger on domestic routes and transfer some African operations from Egyptair to Egyptair Express.
Also the company could set the minimum size in the mainline fleet around 140 seat.

I think that MS is considering a short term replacement for its B735. Today the routes operated by this type of aircraft could be replaced with E-Jets family.
