the link doesn't work for me as non subscriber to Flightglobal... Can you elaborate a bit more? Will they be based in Switzerland?
I had to think about Ajet, the shortlived new name of Helios Airways of Cyprus used to cover up the badwill after the crash.
nobody has ever died from hard work, but why take the risk?
VS only leased one to Ryan, and that was only on a short term lease. It was always coming back. If Ryan weren't paying the lease it would be back by now so I guess they must have the means to pay some of their bills.

A quick search provided me with a little bit more information.
FlyA (Geneva Cointrin (GVA)) is planning to launch operations in 2013 with three A330s operating from London and Paris to destinations such as Boston General Edward Lawrence Logan International (BOS), Miami International (MIA), Montréal Pierre Elliott Trudeau International (YUL) and New York. The new carrier is led by former FlyBaboo (F7, Geneva Cointrin (GVA)) founder and CEO Julian Cook who is currently raising funds for the launch of FlyA.

A330s LON - BOS, MIA, YUL and NYC, managed to pick a pretty competitive set of markets to aim at!
Is this LCC long haul? - many on a.net don't believe that is a viable business model. I happen to believe it is a viable business model but on routes such as GLA-BOS using NEO or MAX equipment.
