Right, but WITHIN the 330s and 340s....some seats are single ones with a table on one side, some are doubles, some are singles with tables on both sides...out of all these types of seats in the 330s and 340s....which are most narrow and which the widest?

They all have the same seat width. Now, if you are talking overall seat comfort and space, my preferences are:
i) the right side single seats with one table
ii) the left side single seats with two tables, one on each side
iii) aisle seats of the two-seaters
iv) window seat of the two seater on the left side
In the case of ii), while it's nice to have the two tables, the footwell area is very constricted and narrow (as it goes into the table of the seats in front, and is enclosed on both sides). At least with the single seats on the right side with one table, one side of the footwell area is 'exposed' and you have more space. Also, the bulkhead row is quite nice (row 6 I believe) as the footwell area is larger (goes into the wall instead of the under the table in front of you).

I am fyling on LX in J class soon on their A330. Is seat 5K good? I am a bit worried about the lavatory behind me but heard the mini cabin is better and quieter.

As you see on my link posted above 5K is a single seat with tables on each side. Actually I don't know if the lavatory disturbs but I don't think so.

Actually, seat 5K only has one table on the side...all the "K" seats are with single tables. The "A" side single seats are at every alternating row and those have tables on each side.

Whenever I am waiting for the lav behind 5K, I find that it is awfully close to the poor pax in 5K, but the few times I have been in 5K, I haven't found the lav traffic or noise to be too bothersome....

Well, I do not remember LX having chili beans on the menu, so you should be safe.

I apologize, you are right. I almost prefer these seats (5, 7, 9, 11 and 14 K) to the single A seats with two tables. These K seats are closer to the window.
