As at today (19 June) ch-aviation.ch is showing 14 stored B717s, 7 with Turkmenistan and 6 with Volotea.
Does anyone know of any confirmed numbers for how that will play out in the short-term (assuming no change to WN, HA, QF and KF fleets besides the transfer to DL)? Are the 7 actually back with T5 and is V7 definitely taking the 14 out of storage?

All 7 are back with Turkmenistan, some of them were ferried to the US for maintenance and somehow rumours started spreading that they would be phased out and everyone jumped on that.
Volotea told us they would want to have nine by the end of the summer, five currently in operation, three being prepared in Spain and one more I do not know about yet.
That would leave 11 in storage.

Thanks guys! Volotea seems pretty ambitious, good luck to them & hope it works out. If it does things will be looking better for the 717 as well, all ex-Mexicana/Midwest aircraft back in service and the FL/WN fleet going to DL.
