US Airways A332?

ok so i no US has A332 on order and there going to begin again in 2013.

my question is when they get a new A332 are they going to replace a 762 or is it going to be for expansion

Planes I've been on: Dash8,CRJ 200,CRJ 700,CRJ 900,ERJ 175, ERJ 190, 717,732,733,734,735,737,738.A319,A320,A321,762,763

Robert Isom said during the Staet of the airline that US hasnt yet decided on that yet. The company is waiting to see how the economy will look and if the demand is there. He also seemed to act like we are ready to be done with the 757s so if they are used as replacements, An A330-200 would replace a 767 which would replace the 757 which would then be retired. So we'll just have to wait and see.

Not sure that sounds right. A 767 to Hawaii from PHX would be a lot more inefficient than the 757.

I was talking about the Trans Atlantic 757s

I guess if it doesn't make sense at the time then the flight won't operate. I'm hoping that the aircraft will be used for expansion...
