How many Horizon planes currently have college themed paint jobs? Which schools are currently represented? And is Horizon planning on adding anymore schools, particularly Bay Area colleges like Cal, Stanford, or SJSU?

Most (if not all) of them are listed and pictured on their fleet page.

It looks like at the moment they have:

Boise State
Montana State
Oregon State
Washington State
San Diego State (recent I think)
University of Idaho
University of Montana
University of Oregon
University of Washington

I couldn't say if there are plans for more. Given that SDSU was recent and their first California school, I would guess there might be a couple more at least.

One for my alma mater San Jose state university would be nice.

Personally I think enough is enough. It was cool at with the WA and OR schools, but now getting excessive.

Maybe a Cal State Monterey plane coming with the new service.

My guess would be UCSD if they paint another. I can't see much more than that being painted though. I mean come on, are you also going to paint Fresno State because now you have flights to PDX, SEA, and SAN? But then again, "Once you pop, the fun don't stop".

Isn't something like a fifth of the fleet already in a college scheme? I see at least two or three of them every day here coming into SEA...all of them look great, but at some point it's probably time to call it a day. Ten planes is probably enough.

Next Flight: TBA!

They should get rid of that awful Oregon plane and paint it in Cal colors...

I could see down the road the two Nevada schools UNLV & UNR. I think the Running Rebels and Wolf Pack would look pretty nice.

Not really much more they can add unless they served Arizona again. But then again they served just two places, Flagstaff and Prescott, which host a small state school and private aeronautical school, respectively.

QX will never adapt a Ruble livery... It would constantly divert to the downtown end of the Strip for hookers and blow and it would make it halfway through its flight before always fading down the stretch.

Agreed. It started with a nod to the 4 major public universities in WA and OR, Horizon's home market. Of course, as a Washington State alum, I'm biased, but I thought it should have stopped there.
