The author of this photo said SAS Commuter had a lot of problems with these planes. What kind of problems? I`ve read in archives about recent Dash engine fire incident in CPH. Anything else happened with SAS Dashes recently?
I`m interested as these are the regular visitors of my hometown airport POZ /Poznan Lawica/.

Also yesterday a Dah 8-400 returned to Copenhagen after take-off. Only info is that there was a technical problem and that it was better to return than continue to Kaliningrad.
There has been a lot of problems with the Dash 8-400s since they joined the SAS fleet. A one point SAS refused to take delivery of any further aircraft until Bombardier came up with some solutions. Most of the problems has been in the electronical systems though some have caused by the engines.

Yes, I wrote that SAS had some problems with their Dash 8-400 earlier but as TR said SAS still seem to have problems with them. What I have understand it has been all kind of problems, like problem with instrument and engines etc.
I hope they can solve the problems so it will be better in the future.

As Zander said there have been all kinds of problem. The worst, I think, was when one of the instruments stopped working in-flight over Norway, but the plane landed safely. I think that most of the problems have been fixed by now, but these things happen on a new a/c.
Just like birdwatching - without having to be so damned quiet!
