I'm thinking its because guarantees are getting cut back and there is a very militant pro union group that think a union will solve all of their problems, which it won't but that's what they think. Every airline has such a group though most airlines are already unionized. They selected Teamsters most likely because the flight attendants went with Teamsters.

I think G4 employees have some very good reasons to not trust management. Just look at what G4 did with ground employees, and if they could get away with doing it to crew, I am sure they would.

Why the teamsters and not ALPA? ALPA seems to have a much better record lately than the teamsters in representing pilots. Just ask the RAH pilots....and the GoJet contract is one of the lowest paying ones in industry
I dont get this at all.
