Qantas Group low-cost subsidiary Jetstar Japan has launched operations today, joining four other Jetstar-branded airlines in Singapore, Vietnam, Australia and New Zealand.

Flight GK111, an Airbus A320 with 180 passengers, departed Tokyo Narita with destination Sapporo on the morning of July 3.

Let's see how they impact the market, is a very attractive one, but with a strong competition too.
