LHR to JFK. on the uk news tonite i seen that BA is going to hopefully resume their daily service to new york by october at £6000 round trip the airplanes are being stripped out and fitted with new seats toilets cutlery EVERYTHING is new. SOOOO do u think they will meet the october deadline?

I think October's a reasonable timeframe to expect 'em back in service. Especially since they seemed to be really pushing the past couple months, to announce and demo to everybody that hey, they're coming back again soon.

I just checked the BA website and according to the information published there, they will start service on Aug. 25 (BA 0001 and BA0003) which is next Saturday.
But maybe they didn't update there computers recently...
