Delta Connection LGA-MYR?

What ever happened to Delta's supposed LGA-MYR route that was supposed to commence today? IT was supposed to be a daily CR7 operated by Comair and arrive in MYR around 11:30am and depart again around 12:15pm. Since I commute between NYC and MYR frequently I looked forward to not having to fly NK but now it looks like they started 2x Saturday flights out of the blue a few weeks ago operated by Shuttle America and cancelled the Comair plans, although the flights were bookable and were showing up on their schedules and everything? What happened?
