Rumor: Air Arabia Take Over Bhoja Air

This is being confirmed by Bhoja employees but am posting it as rumor, the carrier is most likely becoming Air Arabia Pakista name wise, aagin from Bhoja employees, the latter have been grounded since May for not having the required three operational aircraft per CAA ruling.

What is Pakistan's policy on foreign ownership of airlines? What is the attraction for Air Arabia - what's the point? Bhoja would not seem to have any value, unless that's the easiest way for somebody to get into the domestic market.

The only value I guess is that they already hold an AOC even though they are currently not flying and getting one would be more time consuming and costly I presume.
