This is the latest route from CityJet from London City Airport:

"From 29 October, CityJet will be operating a daily return flight to Munster-Osnabruck, Germany.

No, that would be HAJ. But still quite a few garrisons in the general area (southern Lower Saxony and northern and eastern parts of Westphalia) plus some demand from local businesses and for city trips. Until a few years ago, there used to be up to two daily flights to STN courtesy of AB.
