Hello all (especially all German A-Netters),
today, Wednesday 7/18, I was driving by Manching Airport on the Autobahn from Nuernberg to Munich and saw an A319, which looked like a Germanwings, landing or at least circling around.
It was to low to have something to do with MUC (which is not far away).
Has anybody any idea, what a Germanwings aircraft is doing at Manching?
Maybe some military conversion, because the aircraft was sold to the German government? At least, this is the only point I can think of...

According to Flightradar, there was a Germanwings 319 circling over that area for quite some time late this morning as flight 9000 (changed later to 9004) at around 2,300 feet. It came from, and eventually went back to, STR. I'm guessing some kind of test flight.
