What's Up With UAL 6865?

United Airlines flight no. 6865 seems to be a training or sightseeing flight that occasionally takes off from and lands at the same airport. Does anyone know what is the purpose of this flight?

Most likely that number is being used for test hops after maintenance. The flights are mostly departing and/or arriving at maintenance bases, including TPA and LCQ.
