It's probably not repainted but just the stickers removed. I just did a search in the database and see a photo taken on April 4th of this year with the stickers removed. See below photo:

So we now know the removal of the stickers took place before April 4th. I guess I'm lucky to have photographed it last year but I honestly didn't think KL would remove those stickers so soon.

They included photos of winners of a KLM internet promotion a year or more ago where you could e-mail them your photo along with a statement of why you liked KLM (forget the actual question). Enlarge the photo below and you can see the stickers more clearly. They were designed to look like traditional Dutch Delft tiles.
