Delta Interior Mods - Domestic Fleet

Sorry if this has been discussed before, I did a search and couldn't find anything recent. I was just looking at tickets to LAX in September and noticed a DTW-LAX flight operated with an A320 (flt 919 on Sept 8th), Delta.com shows it as having Delta On-Demand and Live TV.

Is this just an error on Delta.com or are we finally going to see some mods done on the A320's? I knew at one point it was mentioned but not much had happened yet.

Pretty sure it's an error. Domestic AVOD mods are currently on hold due to high fuel prices. However, the 739ERs will come with AVOD from the factory.

That is an error. No mods are currently scheduled for the domestic fleet.

So are the only domestic aircraft with PTVs the 737-700s? I'm scheduled on DL flight 269 from JFK-ATL in a couple of weeks and it shows that I'll have a PTV and WiFi.

No. 30+ (I forget the exact number now) 738s has the PTVs, all 10 73Gs, 48 757s, all domestic 763s, and of course the 75Es that are rotated on JFK-LAX/SFO.

Exactly 30 738s have PTVs. 28 of them were modded, while two additional aircraft (delivered in 2010) had the system installed at the factory.

Well even the domestic 757s has PTVs. Approximately 48; the 30 738s, 10 737-700s, and all domestic 767s.
