A380 RR Trent900 New EASA Directive?

According to several German news sources dated August 9th 2012 EASA has published a new directive regarding RR Trent 900 engines following an incident (1 engine shut down in flight) on a flight from SIN to HKG in July:

I didn't find any non German reference to this claimed AD. Are the reports wrong - they all seem to come from the same source?

A.Net search gives me no results today, but being on vacation I may have missed any thread last week.

As per one (usually very reliable) source the associated inspections of all other Trent engines have been already completed and the good news is that they didn't find any other engine with that missing part of the cooling system, which caused the malfunction during that SQ flight mentioned above.

Obviously the problem was grossly exaggerated by the German media ("Airbus is struggling with new problems...").
