When Did LH Font Change In The 1960s?

LH had a somewhat perplexing set of livery changes in the 1960s, does anyone know when and why they changed the font first and then the entire scheme?

In the early 1960s, they started with the yellow and blue stripe:
In the mid-60s, they had this one with a blue-only cheat line and the big font:
At some point, they changed the font but kept the rest the same as seen this one from 1965:
Was this just because the DC-8 was on a lease?

D-ABUK, delivered in 1966, still had the old font:
And finally, the 1970s scheme, introduced in ~1969:
