Why No Air Canada Express Q400 At YYC?

I have noticed that with jazz receiving many Q400s, why are none based out of YYC? the only express aircraft in yyc right now are the dash-8 100/300, and the CRJs.

Is Calgary just not a profitable hub for the Q400?

The Q400s are coming to yyc in the winter/spring of 2013. A lot of RJs are being parked and moved out east.
